EXCLUSIVE: Never-Before-Seen Video of Robert Frank

Recently unearthed footage from nearly 40 years ago shows the great photographer talking about honesty and cruelty in photography—and in The Americans. Special for Blind readers.

For years, Clark Winter, a longtime friend of Robert Frank’s, visited the great photographer at his home in remote Nova Scotia, often bringing his video camera. To celebrate the new exhibition in Houston, “Robert Frank and Todd Webb: Across America, 1955,” Winter has released some of this fascinating and previously unseen footage.
