From May 20 to June 4, 2023, BZH Photo will hold its first retrospective at the Esther Woerdehoff Gallery. The exhibition brings together in Paris for the first time the works of Kodo Chijiiwa, Mårten Lange, Fernanda Tafner and Iveta Gabalina.
4 residents, 4 horizons, 4 sensibilities that unite to give their visions of the Armorican coastline in an intercultural exchange.
BZH Photo invites each year a photographer in residence in Loguivy-de-la-Mer. Founded in 2019 by Camille Gajate, the event encourages an intercultural and artistic dialogue on the subject of the foreshore, this intertwined world between land and sea so characteristic of the Breton coastline. For one month, the residents will survey a territory marked by the rhythm of the high tides. Guided by their encounters and by their own sensitivity, these artists offer us their vision.
